December Begins...

This week we went out in search for a christmas tree. We drove past one and my dad yells "thats the one, back up" so of course we turn around and he starts cutting down this tree and he is trying to put in the the trunk of my car for some odd reason. Then finally after fighting with it, he puts it on the top of the car. When we finally get it home and in the house we see how big it truly is. This tree was 11 feet tall. Trying to stand this up in a room that is 8feet tall does not work out so well. After fighting with this tree we got it up and decorated.

Oh the weather outside is frightful
But the fire is so delightful

And since we've no place to go
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

It doesn't show signs of stopping

And I've bought some corn for popping
The lights are turned way down low
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

When we finally kiss good night

How I'll hate going out in the storm!
But if you'll really hold me tight
All the way home I'll be warm

The fire is slowly dying

And, my dear, we're still goodbying
But as long as you love me so
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

The Village of Stanley

Stanley is the place where I grew up and this place has so much to offer. It is such a loving and beautiful community. I have made many links available throughout this page hope you check some out.

Incorporated in 1966, the Village of Stanley is deeply rooted in agricultural, forestry, and fishing history. The landscape offers a scenic drive abundant in rustic farms, hardwoods  with beautiful fall colours, and unforgettable scenes of the Nashwaak River.

Home to the longest continuously running agricultural fair in New Brunswick, Stanley is an area rich in tradition and history. Numerous homes and buildings in the Stanley area are over one hundred years old, and many of those properties remain occupied by descendants of original owners.

So, whether you are looking for a place to live, or a destination on a Sunday drive,Stanley is home to all that you seek. Browse our website and see for yourself, we promise, you won't want to leave.
